US News 2025 Best Graduate Schools Methodology Updates: Engineering
For acceptance rate, the indicator rank remains ‘acceptance rate rank’. However, it now points to the field Acceptance rate (doctoral) instead of Acceptance rate (master’s and doctoral programs) to align with the methodology. This means some schools will have very large changes in their acceptance rate ranks despite similar data.
