Feedback for improving climate and culture

Berkeley Engineering is committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive culture at the college, where we abide by UC Berkeley’s Principles of Community. As part of that effort, we invite our community members to use this feedback form to share their experiences and suggestions for improving classroom and workplace climate within the college.

Submissions will be regularly monitored by members of the college leadership team.  You may submit comments anonymously, but your name, email and department/unit will be required if you want someone from the college leadership team to follow up with you.

This form does not replace existing campus procedures for reporting incidents of harassment or discrimination. Here is a list of key campus resources for more information on how to get help.
