Letterhead
UC Berkeley Engineering letterhead can be printed on 8.5″ x 11″ paper.
Stationery
UC Berkeley Engineering stationery can be printed on 7.25″ x 10.5″ paper and 7.5″ x 5.5″ envelopes.
Email signature
All UC Berkeley Engineering faculty, staff and students are encouraged to set up their email signatures as outlined below. We provide a web-hosted, appropriately-sized UC Berkeley Engineering logo for simple insertion into your bMail signature.

Text formatting
When formatting your name, use the ‘large’ font setting in the darkest blue (RGB 7, 55, 99).
Inserting the logo
When inserting the logo into your email signature, you can use the file below, which has been resized for email use.
Step 1: Right-click the logo image below.
Step 2: Select ‘copy image address’.
Step 3: Paste the URL into the ‘web address (URL)’ field that appears after clicking ‘insert photo’ when setting up your email signature.
Step 4: Highlight the inserted logo in the signature field.
Step 5: Click the ‘link’ icon, and in the hyperlink field, insert engineering.berkeley.edu, and ‘apply’.
