At this annual event — to be held Saturday, April 13, 2019— the college hosts more than 60 events, demonstrations, tours, exhibits and lectures throughout the day to help you learn more about the fantastic breadth of opportunities that await you at Berkeley. You can also meet current students, faculty, advisers and deans. Both the event and campus parking are free. More details are available on the campus Cal Day website.
Undergraduate engineering information sessions
Undergraduate information sessions during April, presented by the peer advisers from Engineering Student Services, will provide prospective undergraduates with the opportunity to ask questions of current students about Berkeley Engineering’s majors, courses and student life.
April 2019 information sessions will be on the 1st, 8th, 12th, 15th, 19th, 22nd, 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. in Sibley Auditorium, Bechtel Engineering Center and April 5th, 26th, 1:00-2:00 p.m. in 240 Bechtel Engineering Center. Please take a moment to register for the information sessions so we can make sure to have enough packets for each prospective student.
Department/program representative meetings
April 1 through April 30, 2019: Representatives will be available to answer questions from admitted students regarding the resources, curriculum and facilities in our academic departments and programs. Below are the availabilities for each department/program in the College of Engineering.

Make a 15-minute appointment with Marisela Loza, Monday-Friday, 9-10 a.m. Drop-in hours-no appointment needed Tuesday-Thursday, 1:15-4 p.m., Friday: 2-4pm. Please be advised, April is a peak period for student advising so there may be a wait during drop-in hours. Marisela will be unavailable to meet with prospective students on Friday, April 20th.
