Commencement accommodations request

This form will be available when ticket sales start later in the spring.

If you or your guest(s) require any disability-related accommodations to participate fully in commencement, please complete this form at least 7-10 days in advance of the event. Note: Requests received less than 24 hours before the ceremony start time may not receive additional information. Please see venue staff upon your arrival to discuss options.

Please note that the information you submit will be used to offer accommodations to ticketed guests at commencement. Submissions to this form will not reserve a ticket for anyone in your party.

All guests (regardless of age) must have a ticket from Cal Performances to gain admittance to commencement.

Greek Theatre:
All guests must enter the Greek Theatre from the north side of the building. There is a curbside drop-off area on Gayley Road just north of the Greek Theatre entrance for passengers with mobility challenges who prefer to minimize the travel distance to the Greek Theatre. Parking details can be found on the Parking & Transportation website.

The Greek Theatre is open to the elements; there is no shaded, indoor or temperature-controlled seating. We recommend guests bring individual size, factory-sealed bottled water and wear hats. Cushions and low-backed stadium seats are permitted.

Zellerbach Auditorium:
Zellerbach Auditorium’s main entrance is accessible via a ramp located at the southeast portion of the building. Parking details can be found on the Parking & Transportation website.
