Romy Mastel

Hey there! I’m Romy Mastel, I use she/her pronouns, and I am a fourth year studying mechanical engineering. I helped create a robot for the Battlebots 2021 World Championship with Combat Robotics at Berkeley, and worked as a medical device R&D intern at Potrero Medical. Here at Cal, I research microfluidics devices in the Streets lab, and was previously involved as an officer in the Biomedical Engineering Society. I am involved in the Pilipinx community through the League of Filipino Students and PASAE. I am also a student in the Disabled Students Program. Most importantly, I know all the best places to eat in and around Berkeley! I look forward to getting to know you this year, never hesitate to come by and chat with me!
