Bio: My name is Rachel Castro, I am a Co-Lead here at the CAEE and fourth year Civil engineering major. I come from a small town in the Central Valley, Porterville, CA. I’m a first generation student and coming to Cal was a dream of mine, so I am so excited to be here! I enjoy helping others so if you have any questions feel free to ask me anything and I will be more than willing to help.
