Where did you go to college?
I went to UC Berkeley. Go Bears!

How long have you been with the College of Engineering?
I started working at the College of Engineering in 2017 at the EECS department.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Helping students learn how to navigate the different resources that UC Berkeley offers and seeing their transformative journey throughout their undergraduate years at Cal.

What advice do you have for students?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions or to ask for help. There are so many people at Cal that want to help you and see you succeed!

What is the most unusual job you’ve had?
I don’t think I’ve ever really had an “unusual” job, but as an undergrad at Cal, I worked at Cal Performances as an usher and got to see so many cool performances that I wouldn’t have had the chance to see otherwise. I’m talking about performances by the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela with conductor Gustavo Dudamel, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, Mariinsky Ballet and the Mark Morris Dance Group at Zellerbach Hall, to performances like Lenny Kravitz, Estelle, Pentatonix, Florence and the Machine and Hozier at the Greek Theatre. That was a really fun job!

What are your favorite TV Shows?
You can find me watching Reality TV! I love shows like Love is Blind and Married at First Sight – give me all the drama! I also love watching Love on the Spectrum and any interesting series on Netflix. I’m looking forward to the final season of Stranger Things this year!

What is your favorite song, band or type of music?
I listen to a little bit of everything, but I love pop music! Ariana Grande,Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa, and Ed Sheeran are a few of my faves. I also love listening to music in español like Camilo, Shakira, Juanes, Carlos Vives, and Bacilos.
