    Student huddle rooms provide opportunities for short, same day small-group meetings.

    Rooms are reservable for same-day use in one-hour blocks via the scheduler pad on the exterior door.

    Questions and requests for future reservations can be submitted to the facility staff for consideration.

    Huddle rooms are subject to all Grimes Engineering Center policies.

    • Logitech Meetup Camera and Speakerphone combo for Videoconferencing
    • The huddle rooms are equipped for BYOD (bring your own device) Videoconferencing. The USB cables provide the users device access to cameras, mics and audio system. Zoom or other apps can be used for recording.
    • No charge
    • If being requested in conjunction with an event, a $125 admin fee applies

    Electronic schedulers fixed to the huddle room door allow reservations for same-day use in one-hour blocks.
