Society of Women Engineers Overnight Host Program
Each year, Berkeley Engineering’s Society of Women Engineers (SWE) hosts a New Admit Overnight Host Program. Typically, attendees stay overnight and are paired with Berkeley Engineering students who have similar interests and majors. However, this year we’ll be featuring an engaging online program, the New Admit Online Host Program (OHP), featuring insights into life as a Berkeley Engineer! The week-long program, will include events and resources including:
- campus/dorm tours
- a professor lecture
- alumni stories
- student perspectives
- lightning talks from current engineering students
- several student panels via Zoom
We look forward to having new admits attend! Register by April 22.
Whether you attend OHP or not, you can sign-up for the SWE Pen Pal program that connects new admits with current engineering students. Sign-ups will be taken through April 16.
SWE will be hosting live events via Zoom through Cal Week, April 23-28! Additional pre-recorded content such as dorm tours and professor talks can be found on our website! Check out our website and social media for more information:
