TALKS: Yelp engineer Arnaud B speaks on "'What's so slow?!' -- Tools and stories from within Yelp's infrastructure". At Yelp, we use many services to respond to a single user web request. I'll show you the tools we use when things start taking too long and how they help us surface slow code and keep Yelp a snappy place for our users!

Yelp product manager Tiffany K speaks on "So what exactly does a product manager do?" Come learn what exactly Product Managers do day to day. I'll walk you through identifying customer problems, brainstorming ideas to solve them, and how ideas become real features.
