Don Olander, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley’s Department of Nuclear Engineering, said the damage to nuclear plants in Japan after an earthquake is different to the disaster at Chernobyl in the Ukraine in 1986.
He spoke on Bloomberg Television with Rishaad Salamat.
